FIT STEPS

FitSteps brings the magic of Strictly Come Dancing straight into your workout!
This energising class blends elegant ballroom steps with the upbeat moves of Latin dance for a fun, full-body workout you’ll genuinely enjoy. No partner needed – just bring yourself and a smile! With fabulous music and a feel-good atmosphere, you’ll be having so much fun you won’t even realise you’re getting fitter.

ZUMBA GOLD

This class is such a joy to be part of!
It’s a low-intensity, low-impact dance-fitness workout created especially for active older adults, beginners, or anyone easing back into exercise. With a gentler pace than regular Zumba, it still supports cardiovascular health, muscular conditioning, flexibility, and balance. Expect uplifting music, simple movements, and a welcoming atmosphere where you can move at your own pace and enjoy
every moment.​

VERA FLOW

VeraFlow is a beautiful blend of dance-inspired stretching, yoga, and Pilates designed to improve flexibility, balance, and strength. With gentle, flowing movements and calming breath work, this low-impact class supports both physical and mental wellbeing. It’s a peaceful moment just for you.

FIT STEPS TONE

This class uses resistance bands to help gently strengthen and tone the body.
We focus on posture, lower-body conditioning, and improving balance – all through controlled, supportive movements that leave you feeling stronger and more aligned.

TAP FOR FUN

We’re a lively group of enthusiastic tappers who love having a good time!
Our class welcomes everyone – from complete beginners to those with a little dance experience. Tap is fantastic for your physical health and a great workout for the brain. It’s never too late to start shufflin’ and join the fun! 😃
